About Our Wine Master |

Our wine master, Gregory Thomas, has seventeen years of experience in the wine industry.
Gregory's first exposure to wine came at the age of eighteen when he was traveling through Europe
with a friend. They stumbled across a vineyard in the Burgundy region of France where they were
offered a chance to pick grapes "for all the wine you could drink." Gregory befriended a couple of
people who worked at the vineyard and they taught him a few things which sparked enough interest in
him to purchase a couple of books about wine when he returned to the states. Soon after he landed
a wine buying job for one of the most successful chain of wine shops in his home town of Minneapolis,
Minnesota.
Along with a lot of traveling to wine producing areas Gregory has spent time at Mirassou
Vineyards handling the V.I.P,. tours, tastings, dinners, and events as well as knocking around in the
music industry as a freelance composer/songwriter and performer.
Gregory's experiences, knowledge, and passion for the arts and the art of wine making make
him a welcome addition to the centerpiece of our Art for the Senses Trilogy, The Wine Galleria.
